By accessing or using Nestify, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• Provide accurate information during registration.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Immediately notify us of unauthorized access.
• You are responsible for activities performed through your account.

3. Company Accounts

Company accounts are intended only for legally operating real estate businesses.

• Companies must provide accurate registration details.
• Verification documents may be requested.
• Nestify may reject or suspend unverifiable companies.
• Companies remain responsible for all published listings.

4. Property Listings

Property owners, agents and companies must ensure that every listing published on Nestify is truthful, current and lawful.

• No fake listings.
• No misleading prices.
• No copyrighted content without permission.
• No duplicate spam listings.
• No illegal property advertisements.

5. Acceptable Use & User-Generated Content

By using Nestify, users agree not to:

• Impersonate another individual or company.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
• Upload malicious software.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Post hate speech, discriminatory remarks, or objectionable content of any kind.
• Use automated bots without permission.
• Publish fraudulent properties.
• Circumvent platform security.

Nestify provides in-app tools for users to flag or report objectionable content and to block abusive users. Blocking a user immediately removes their content from your feed and notifies Nestify for review. Reports of objectionable content or abusive behavior are reviewed and acted upon, including content removal and account suspension where warranted, within 24 hours of receipt.

Users who violate this policy are subject to immediate content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination, at Nestify's sole discretion.

Verification badges indicate that Nestify has reviewed certain information provided by a company or user.

Verification does not guarantee future conduct, ownership, investment returns or the quality of any transaction.

8. Intellectual Property

All Nestify trademarks, branding, logos, software, designs and platform content remain the exclusive property of Nestify unless otherwise stated.

Users retain ownership of content they upload but grant Nestify a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute that content within the platform.

9. Suspension & Termination

Nestify may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms.
• Publish fraudulent listings.
• Post objectionable content or abuse other users.
• Attempt to compromise platform security.
• Engage in illegal activities.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nestify provides a technology platform connecting buyers, renters, companies and property owners.

We are not a party to agreements made between users and are not responsible for disputes arising from property transactions.

Users should perform independent due diligence before making any purchase, rental, investment or contractual decision.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

12. Changes to these Terms

Nestify may revise these Terms at any time. Updated versions become effective once published on this page. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
