Nestify exists to connect buyers, renters, property owners and verified real estate companies in a safe and trustworthy environment. These guidelines explain what is expected from everyone using the platform.

Every property listing must accurately represent the property being advertised. Do not upload fake properties, misleading descriptions, manipulated photographs, or incorrect pricing.
Users found repeatedly publishing false information may have their listings removed, their accounts suspended, or permanently banned.
Treat buyers, renters, sellers, companies and staff respectfully. Harassment, threats, discrimination, abusive language or hate speech are not permitted anywhere on Nestify.
Only upload properties you own or are legally authorized to advertise on behalf of the owner or company.
Unauthorized listings may be removed without notice.
Nestify has zero tolerance for fraud.
Accounts involved in fraudulent activity may be permanently suspended and reported to the appropriate authorities where required by law.
Verification does not guarantee the quality of every transaction. It simply confirms that Nestify has verified certain business information submitted during registration.
Users should still perform their own due diligence before completing any property transaction.

If you encounter suspicious listings, abusive behaviour or fraudulent activity, please report it immediately through the app or contact our support team.
