Delete Your Nestify Account

Delete your account from the mobile app

1. Open the Nestify mobile application.
2. Sign in to your account.
3. Go to Profile.
4. Select Settings.
5. Tap Delete Account.
6. Confirm your password.
7. Confirm that you want to permanently delete your account.

Once confirmed, your account deletion request will begin immediately.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access your account, you may contact us directly.

What will be deleted?

When your deletion request is completed, we permanently remove or anonymize information associated with your account where legally permitted.

• Your profile information.
• Your login credentials.
• Your saved searches.
• Your favourite properties.
• Your notification preferences.
• Your in-app messages where permitted by law.

What may be retained?

Certain records may be retained for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or regulatory compliance purposes.

Examples include:

• Fraud investigation records.
• Security logs.
• Audit records required by law.
• Information required to comply with legal obligations.

Company Accounts

If your account manages a registered real estate company, deleting the account may also remove access to company dashboards, listings, inspections, and staff accounts associated with that account.

We recommend contacting our support team before deleting a company account if multiple staff members are using it.
